Unhappy Freaking Out!

Hi

I've been exercising for a little over a week, and I cut down on food intake a little, and I gained weight

Anyone else having this problem.....

Thanks

Chrissy

Hi. Don't give up. Muscle weighs more than fat and it might be your body's way of adjusting to your new regime. Keep at it and look forward to week 2 and week 3. A few more tips......watch your sodium levels, cut down on your carbs and boost your water intake. I wouldn't be ready to throw in the towel just yet!!!

Whoa chicky, take a breath! Our bodies naturally fluctuate in weight. Could your TOM be on the horizon? Just take it easy on yourself and remember, this is not a race. Just stick with it, make even better food choices and keep on exercising, the weight will come off, as long as you don't give up. Good luck!
