I've been reading posts on this site off and on for a while, but I don't think I've ever actually posted.
My name is Jennifer, and I'm 22 years old. I'm in the process of applying to medical school, and it is SUPER stressful! I've been actively trying to lose weight since July, and I was doing really well (12 pounds lost) until I hit a plateau a few weeks ago. Since then, I've completely lost motivation and have been stress-eating like crazy. Luckily, I have only gained 2 pounds back. I am just having a hard time getting myself going again. Somebody push me! *LOL*

Hello! Snap! On most things! Apart from med school, oh and I started losing a long long time ago...! I'm totally in a plateau right now and I won't be happy till I've shifted some of the weight I put on thru finals stress!
Are you exercising at all? I find it's a great stess-buster if you have the time!
Have a for good measure and get back on your wagon!
Hi Jennifer! If anyone can help you, it's the folks here at 3fc!
Why don't you post what you are doing and maybe we can change it up, make it new and fun and get you restarted.
Susan - Well, I'll tell you what I've been doing...
1) Sitting on my behind.
2) Eating more sugar than I'd like to admit publicly.
3) Not drinking my water.
*LOL* So I know exactly what's wrong. It's a wonder that I haven't gained more weight. But actually, I'm excited, because the weight I did gain is already gone. Must have just been water weight. YAY!
