I am new here. I am looking to lose weight I have slowly gained over the last 9 years. I stoped smoking and stared eating. I have a great ability to lose weight while I am pregnant and tend to gain when I am not. The 214 was pre-deliver of my 2nd baby. At my 6 weeks PP check up I was down to 192. I am hoping to keep it off and keep going back down to an ideal goal of 135. I am looking to follow WW Flex Pts.
Hey Sarah...just saw your post..I was 214 when I got pregnant and now I am 214 once again...meaning I lost baby weight...lost more and now have gained it back. What part of TX are you in? I am in Lake Charles, LA. Congrats on weighing in at 192...Keep up the great work! I have been watching what I eat/counting calories and exercising 5 days a week for 3 weeks now. I am also working with a trainer. I weighed in at 208 when I started and now I am at 214...WRONG WAY! But my trainer said to ignore the scale and focus on how I feel. He said that my body will let go of the weight soon enough. If you ever want to chat let me know!! Good luck!!
I am near Dallas. How old is your baby? This is going to take me awhile, cause I am nursing Sam. Least it will let me eat more. I think several of my RL friends will be starting with me, so I will have that support, too.
