New to Website and The South Beach Diet
I am getting ready to start my 4th week on the South Beach diet. I lost 5 pounds in my first week and I have been very very careful with everything that I eat. My entire life I have been relatively average/thin and have let myself go for the past 4 years. I now have to lose 100 pounds. Being overweight has changed everything about who I am as a person and I thought the South Beach would change the way that I feel about myself. Since I lost the initial 5 punds, the scale has NOT MOVED ONCE. I have not cheated on anything, not even for a second! I had my thyroid checked and no problemd.
Any advice on how to jumpstart a few pounds?
