Just following Weight Watcher plan. The first week I lost 1st week I lost 4.5 pounds, and 2.75 every week after. I am using the weight commander on my computer. It is a way to track your weight loss. You have to weigh every day. Trust me, I have not been 100% on the plan, if I had, I might have lost more. I would love for us to do it together.
