hey, you can do it. it sounds like you have a lot of the things you need to make it work,
a gym in your building-major plus get your work out on,
you like to cook-just cause bf loves the bad stuff doesn't mean you can't make it healthy, you can turn almost anything into health food plus its a lot to do with portions, a sushi additction- that has to be one of the healthies addictions, if you said McDonalds or icecream it might be tougher but sushi isn't that bad for you as long as you don't eat tons of it.
have you started any kind of plan? I'm doing weight watchers so its basically a balnced diet and calorie counting-their own kind of way. I watch my grains but they arn't really the devil for me, for me its sweats got to stay away.
I'm trying so hard to do this, if I can, you can!
