Hi, It's so easy to gain and so hard to loose! Why couldn't it be the other way around! I am working on this too and, same as you, just cutting back and upping the exercise! I know me, and if I try to cut out everything I will just end up eating everything in the house! I think you have to look at this long term anyway. I didn't get this way over night and I won't loose it overnight. I have to learn another way to eat! I do try to eat healthy most of the time, but I love the sweets! I still have something occasionally, but 1 small piece of candy or a couple of cookies instead of setting down with the bag. and, ya know, it's just as satisifying! Freda
