Hey everyone! I'm posting here almost in desperation b/c i'm afraid I'm falling back into my old ways of eating and not exercising
I need help and I think it would be great to have a motivational buddy around to help me out! maybe we could even have a daily check in to make sure we are on track...
I'm 20 and live in Maryland, so if I could find someone around my age that would be great, but any help would be nice to have.....
