HI everyone, I'm new to the site and finding a lot of good information. I am 56 year old grandma still trying to get it together and loose the last of this weight! I have been dieting for awhile and i'm doing pretty well. But I always gain it back! This is just too hard! This time i'm determined not only to loose the weight, but keep it off! It would be nice to have a buddy to run ideals by, get encouragemnt from, maybe swap some recipes.
