Default New in NJ
Hi all. I'm a 36yr old mom to 3. I have about 40lbs to get to my 1st goal of
165. I was recently diagnosed with metabolic syndrome.
I currently follow the insulin resistance diet.
Would love to budy up with someone!

Hiya!

I´m new here too - what a great website!!

I´m afraid I don´t know anything about the insulin resistant diet or metabolic syndrome so I´m probably not ideal buddy material!! Just wanted to say Hi and Good Luck!!
