I read about it on the Lowcarbfriends BB... it is a diet of low carb, low calorie and low glycemic foods and supplements to help people with Hypothyroid to boost metabolism, lose weight and feel better. I am hoping it works...It is alot like the South Beach diet..have you heard of that? Lots of veggies, lean protein, whole grains, and some fruit. Very well balanced in my opinion. I am hoping to just be healthier and have a more healthy and better working Thyroid.....if I lose weight and get in shape at the same time... then that is just a bonus in my book.
