LOL But Tracy, I want to say to you what I tried to tell my dad, who is diabetic and has had 6 knee surgeries. Even wheelchair bound,
any exercise can be better than no exercise. Even if it's his bending over to make toe touching motions as far as he can go, lifting free weights, doing some waistline twists in the chair...movement is good for everyone. All of these things can be done while watching television. And eventually they can become a habit. You could stand and walk in place while he does his twists and get your exercise together while watching a good movie together.
