HI! I just joined here, and I am really excited about this site. I would love to have some buddies, and be a buddy. I am 26, and have 75 pounds to lose, and I am following a diet set by a dietician and doing regular exercise. I look forward to meeting some/all of you!

Finally another Canadian!!

Where is it you are located?

I'm a 23 year old - officially starting my diet on January 17th as that is the goal I've set for myself. One step at a time.

I'm in Newfoundland, so we are literally on opposite coasts.

What type of exercises are you doing?
