Hello all, I am desperatly wanting to lose weight at least 50 lbs but 70 would be even better, I would say I am just addicted to eating. I have in the past few months been weaning myself from the caffiene but the overeating and eating at all times is quite harder. I have 3 children and am a sham.
With the new year coming I really want to start a new lifestyle not just a diet. Please anyone with suggestions feel free to email me!
