hi my name is irina im a 23/f i just moved to austin with my boyfriend from orlando fl. ive only been here for 4 months and im loving it! except i cant wait for the warm spring days so i can go to the lake and all the festivals. i feel like since ive been here i can take a new lease on life, lose some weight and start a healthier lifestyle... but very little has changed. i dont really know to many people that are "like me" always been overweight and jones'in for a change. i would love to lose like 55 lbs. before spring so i can sport a bikini (never have before) i would love a buddy in the austin area... working out is so much better in pairs!
out of highschool i was about 230 lbs. since then ive been fluxing in weight... im now about 185. im really in to natural and organic foods. im trying to get back on what worked for me, the candida detox diet... which is basically nothing white, or fermented. no sugar, yeast, vinegar, mushrooms, alcohol, etc. it was the best id ever felt.
looking towards a thinner tomorrow....
