Hi, I am new here to 3fc and have been reading posts for awhile and decided to find someone to hold me accountable for my fitness goals. I have tried everything under the sun, and works better than diet and exercise. I did the discovery channel fitness challenge in January-March and lost 13lbs. Guess what I gained it back. The challenge included a 3 month "free" visits to Balleys gym. Well, I took advantage and went at least 4x/week and saw results right away. I plateaued (sp?) after losing the 13lbs. Since then I have joined a local gym and sometimes can't make it during the week. I am going to commit to walking and I have some videos, I just lack the motivation. Anyone out there like me? I am going to challenge myself in the next 8 weeks and see how far I can get. Good luck!
