Hi there,.. I'm a newbie to this forum. I picked up Women's health and fitness magazine today and found reference to this website.
I've posted in the journals page, something that I've never, ever done before.
I weigh 250 lbs, actually 251 lbs to be exact. I'm 28 years old, married with a daughter who will be 4 on Monday.
I'm following the Carbohydrate Addicts diet, my mom is my diet buddy but I'd love to have an online buddy as well.
