I'm 26 and the have 2 lil monkeys... err.. kids
to keep me busy.
I'm trying to just watch what I eat and move more (I'd love to be on the LWL board, but I haven't lifted since before I had my now 4 year old). But the move more part is hard for me to do. I don't have a standard schedule at work so saying 'I'm going to walk x amount every day at x hour' doesn't really work for me.
I guess I need someone who'll keep tabs on me and remind me to get off my butt (and off the PC) and move!!
