Hi!

My name is Helen and I have been on Slimming World for the past 6 days. Would love to lose 5 stones!

I'm not attending any classes but would like to speak with others who are doing this diet.

Have bought loads of books and cook books so that I don't get bored.

My main concern so far is that I feel like I'm eating too much. My SYNS are not exceeding 10 a day.

Would love to hear from others. Especially folks from America as I love the US! Am going to Las Vegas and LA in 5 weeks and am dreading trying to continue with this when I'm out there!
