Hi there anyone on BFL or Abs Power? ...I am 46 with about 25lbs to loose, the HARDEST MOST STUBBORN 25lbs my body had ever seen!!!! I have been around looking at this site since it started but now actually thought I should participate and try to find some support in loosing. It may not sound like a stunning amt of weight but it is affecting my blood pressure, my lifestyle and my midlife motivation!....I have read Abs Power, it was short, easy to read, funny and makes sense. Then I posted something about it and was told it was the same sounding as Body for Life....So I am reading that now...both together seem perfect!...I have started trying to eat 6 times a day (I get busy and forget!). I have not really started a comprehensive weight program but want to ..and need to start at home due to work schedule and huge amt of work I need to do here (if I go to the gym I end up in the sauna then go to lunch then just ditz around until it is too late to work on my house!!)..I have done Atkins and really did not like the way it made me feel ...and was worried about the effects of that kind of unbalanced eating..is anyone interested a buddy or buddies for support on this plan or anything similar? I refuse to feel like this for the rest of my life!!! thanks
