Hello,

I just joined this forum and think I found a place that I feel like I could fit in. I recently started the Atkins diet after many failed attempts at losing weight. I have been trying to do it the unhealthy way (pretty much starving myself) and this is my last hope.

I had been thin for quite awhile after losing about 40 pounds. But slowly over time I managed to gain 30 pounds back. To top that off, I found out I was pregnant with my last child. My little one is 1 1/2 but I still can't seem to get the weight off. Not sure if its because I messed my metabolism up, being sedentary, or a combination.

Anyway, I hope that I find some support and encouragement here. I want to get know everyone better in the future!! Have a great day!!

Hi there is an atkins forum here. I'm sure you realise that starving yourself is never a good option. There are a few Mom groups at the support group forum if you want to check that out.
