Hi everyone, I have been on my new lifestyle change for 2 years now. I have managed to keep off the 40 pounds. I reached a plateau and thought thats it I cant lose anymore but I just had to try harder and cut out the stuff that I really liked. Looking to chat with others who are in it for the long haul like myself.

Hi. I just saw your thread and we have alot in commom. My highest weight was 221 but I am now down to 172 and I want to be down to 152 by July 4. I hope I can do it. I have a 20 month old, so you would think that the weight would come off chasing her around but it doesnt. I am also an administrative assistant. If you would like to chat, I will listen.
