Unhappy Fed up!

Hello all,

I have posted here a couple of months ago looking for a buddy but to no avail. I keep losing and gaining the same 3 or 4 pounds and I don't want to do that anymore! I need something -- I don't know what! Maybe just a good kick in the backside.

Anyone out there? Anyone at all? I'm on Weight Watchers (I need to journal but I don't most of the time. Why do I do that??), live in TX, in my 30's, female. And getting a bit depressed.

don't get depressed, that never helps.
anyway, welcome and hope you find the support you need.
its always nice to be able to talk to those in the same boat.
if you keep loosing and keep putting the weight back on, then we can begin to figure out what you are doing differently when the weight is falling off and stick with it. so buck up, and get cracking!.
lets get rid of this weight ok?

Dazzled I am also 31 (okay only for a couple of more weeks) but I would love to be your Buddy! As you can tell from my stats I am currently at 158...but losing motivation fast. Maybe we can help each other stay on program. While we are not doing the same thing ( I am low-carbing) I think we can offer each other some support..feel free to post anytime and I will look for you. This site is wonderful and I am posting most in the Father's day Challenge thread in Support and you are more than welcome to join. We all have different goals and it's never too late to join. They are a great bunch of ladies.
