Hi, I'm new to this site & this seems like a great way to keep the motivation factor up! That always seems to be my problem. I'm 26 y/o & have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Classic yo-yo dieter here! My heighest weight was 222, then I managed to get down to 155. Guess what? Back up to 178 now!! Help!

Good for you to do something about it now.
I'm new too but already have made some friends, just hang in there and come often, there are real nice people here and alot of knowledge.

Thanks for the support RM! I plan on checking in at least once a day to get my daily dose of encouragement! Didn't do too badly today....still haven't exercized yet this evening, but theres still time

congrats on loseing the weight that you have. we all go threw a period were we yoyo. after i had my son i lost 20 lbs and then gained it back pluse some. the fact that you and every one who has lost weight has the will power to do so even if a little at a time is amazing. I hope that i am able to do the same for my self i am still a long way off but am willing to do i know that you can too!! Good luck to you and i am more then happy to be there if ever you need any thing.
