Hey there. I've just gotten serious about getting this extra weight off me. But I need some support. I've got about 35 lbs to loose. I'm excited to get back to where I was 6 years ago. I recently got two labrador puppies and together they weigh about 35 pounds. Last night they were both laying on me and I realized I've been carrying around a lot of unnecessary weight.
I can tell my health is slowly going down the drain too.
I'm needing some motivation and want to be able to help someone else too. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I just have to apply it to my life.
