Hi, I have spent the better part of the afternoon looking for a site that I can print off some exercice and food logs, I would like the food log to have colums to enter cals, carbs, fat and protien..

Anyone please.....thanks

Do you have Excel on your computer ...if you do you can make up your own logs and print them out. I haven't found any on the internet.
