My name is Angie and I'm new to the forums. I'm 25 and single and would like to chat with anybody on the same track. I currently weigh 183, which is a lot at 5' 1". My goal is go get to 125, so I have about 60 pounds to lose. I've just recently joined a local gym and have been trying to eat better. I'm not following a specific diet, I've just been trying to cut calories. Pudding for dessert rather than chocolate cake. An orange for breakfast rather than a couple of breakfast bars. No eating after 7 o'clock. I'm not very far into this yet, so I don't know what kind of results I'm going to get. Hopefully good.
