Hi! I'm looking for someone who wants needs/wants support and also to give support in return! I am bound and determined to reach some pretty high goals and know that it will be a long road and think that if there is someone with similar goals, it won't be such a bumpy road! I don't have much more weight I want to lose, maybe 10-12 lbs (I have lost approx 45 lbs over the last 5 years). My goals are mainly health/fitness. I've been pretty sick the last couple months and I'm so ready to be healthy again. I will be focusing alot on nutrious eating and LOTS of exercise! I plan to incorporate pilates, light weight lifting walking and eventually running into my program. Someone with same goals and around the same age (41) would be great! Can't wait to hear from you!
