Hello all. I too am new and like many looking for support on my weight loss journey. I am currently at 220 lbs, my heighest weight, in my mid-fifties, trying to get down to a healthy weight. I have followed certain diets in the past, lost weight, and then gained it back. I do not lose weight very easily so when I have eaten well for several weeks and do not lose weight, I am often discouraged and use it as an excuse to go back to poor eating. I intellectually know what to do, it is connecting the head with the heart and taking action. I look forward to support from others to keep moving in a positive direction.
