Hello! Looking for motivation to loose a little
Hi! I'm glad to find this active forum. Reading about people's good advice and healthy habits sometimes helps me get motivated.
I would like to loose 10-15 lbs. I'm 45 years old and my weight has always been about 5-10 lbs higher than I ideally wanted, but it is now at about its highest, so I am hoping to move the trend in the other direction.
I have some good habits but struggle with my sweet tooth. Every so often I manage to get on a healthier kick for a few weeks or months, and get to my lower weight. At that point, I'm all excited about the progress and I always want to loose another 5 lbs or so, but have never succeeded with that. Anyway, for now, I'm just trying to get motivated to start again on one of my heathier kicks and stop eating so many snacks. My job is a little slower now, so I'm hoping I can use some extra time to focus on my health.
