Hi I am Chelsie, joined this week. I am losing weight for an upcoming trip next month, short term goal is 11 Lbs. by May 20, 2017. My long term goal is the 150-155 LB. range.
I am down 2 Lbs so far, just need to stay away from the sweets to meet my first mini-goal.
Tracking my calories during the week, trying to stay between 1100 and 1200 calories per day.
I am also doing low impact aerobics a few nights a week after work…every other day so far, I am usually in pain the day after I work out.
