Hello!
I have been stalking these forums for a while now, and decided to join in as this community seems supportive and has a lot to offer.
I've been slightly overweight my whole life, and two years ago I neared the weight of 180. I kept it until this summer when I ran into digestive problems and lost nearly 10 pounds ~ not on my own accord.
As I could eat more, I gained a few pounds back, but I plan on losing it again. My current weight is 173, and I hope to get down to 150.
