Default Decision taken

I have taken decision to start loosing weight. I will eat protein with no bad stuff and nothing after 8 and going to sleep by 10 max from tomorrow inshaAllah. I will loose 4 pounds or 2 kg in 10 days inshaAllah. And above all I will not leave it now. I will continue it till I reach 60 inshaAllah.

its my second day. i was on spot on my 1st day . no bad stuff no sleeping late or getting up in afternoon. eat all protien with little naturl carbs. but i used natural yougrd. still hppy for my determinatin. if i stayed like this all dys til sunday i wil be happy to c scale. any one starting like me thinking of loosing 50 lbs plzplz add me as friends. wanna stay motivated and on track.

its my 3rd day i was on track all day long. i have lost 5 lbs so far, my goal of loosing 8 lbs in 1st 10 dayswill beachieved expectedly inshAllah. i have a tea party to attend at 4. i wish i stay on track all the way. amin. its 50 pounds. loosing 5 means 10% goal achieve. i wil get a new dress stitched on 28th feb. i want to be in max weight loss condition then. today i was 183 lbs.
