Hi All, I have been searching for a site that provide weight loss support for a while and it appears that I have found a great one! I lost 115 lbs about 4 years ago on South Beach and kept it off until I had a major foot and ankle surgery. I recover from that then Peri-Menopause starts knocking at the door! Now I am 50 lbs up and do not want to slide backwards any more. When I lost that weight I swore that girl was gone for good!! So it may be a long journey and I am definitely a person who likes to have friends sharing the same ups and downs on their journeys. I am looking forwarding to meeting some new friends!

Hello scritty! I am back after a big weight loss myself (well maybe not quite as impressive as yours). When I was 18 I dropped 25 lbs. Unfortunately though with all kinds of life changes I gradually put on quite a bit of weight! I am retrying my recipe for success back then with some tweaks. Hoping to lose 60 lbs but very slowly this time!
