Hi!
I found you because I googled "300 lbs woman how much weight ring size" and a thread from this forum showed up.
I am 44 years old. Mom of 2 adults. I finally bit the bullet and joined WW 2 weeks ago and the reasons I finally decided to do it were my CPAP machine, trouble breathing, I hated seeing pictures of me in pretty dresses, I know too many family members whose heavy weight is putting them in the hospital and I want to lose the weight before I am too old and weak to do it.
Basically, I decided it was time. I needed to do it FOR ME. When she told me I weighed 302 I cried.
I lost 6.6 lbs the first week. I cried again (in relief). I had this weird worry that I could ONLY gain weight now. I know, I'm silly. This evening is my second weigh in and I'm nervous. I'm nervous every week though.
Anyway, nice to 'virtually' meet you and I look forward to getting to know you.
