Default Scared P**pless

Hello to all: Have just been read the riot act by my body. If I don't do some serious altering of my habits, I won't be able to fuction like a human being should. At the moment, I cannot lift myself from the floor because of the effects of my 30+ weight gain. Between getting older, weaker, and heavier, my life has taken a sudden turn for the bleak!
I hope to find support, ideas, and inspiration from a whole lot of you.
BTW, how do I get one of those nifty graphs? The line thay shows your progress with cool graphics? I like to have a visualof my progress and the ones I see here are inspiring.

Breaking old habits can be hard, but you're made a great first step by coming here! Even small changes can yield huge results in terms of getting healthy.

To get one of those graphs with the sliders, you'll have to have been on the site for a while and made a certain number of posts. You can more info about that over at the 'Announcements and Form Help' part of the forum.
