Hi my name is Amy. I'm a new mom and I'm starting my diet and excersize journey today. I'm 35 and have a 12 year gap between children. It's really like starting over.😩 I didn't think I was gaining that much weight in my pregnancy because I was really sick this time. I guess it just snuck up on me at the end. I had the baby and only lost 5 lbs of the 50 I gained. I then made the decision to stay home. Well I've gained those 5 lbs back and some. I know it's only been a few months but I can already feel myself slipping into comfort eating. I really love food and wine😜. I have decided to do weight watchers and excersize at the YMCA. I loved spinning prepregnancy but now it just kicks my butt. With my son I did the south beach diet and worked out at curves. (Are they even around anymore? ) I was able to lose all baby weight but I was 24. Such a big difference. 😳 Ok sorry for the long post but I'm happy to share this journey with you and am excited to see other people's journeys also.
