Cool Hey Ya'll!
I am a YoYO dieter.....

Joining this forum and hoping to get some support for this path well traveled for me....losing weight. And getting healthy.

Hit the big 50 this year, guilty of not paying attention what goes into my body and it shows!

My biggest problem is I love to cook.....and I LOVE to eat!

I think we all need atleast one cheerleader that says Way to Go!

I also have issues with friends/family that watch what I am eating when I say I am "DIETING".... I am sure they dont mean anything but it does affect me.

So here I am!
