Hey guys! This is my first post with 3FC, but I've been lurking on your forums and support groups for a looong time now!

I am a 24 year old female from CA. I am 6ft1 and weigh about 205 pounds. In November of last year, I was at my heaviest of 217.5. My goal weight is somewhere around 175. I don't know if I've ever actually been that weight, even in high school when I played sports. So 180-185 might be what's in the cards for me.
