I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself. My story is a lil different because I was skinny for many years of my life and was not confident about myself at all. I eventually gained weight, but it got out of control and I was not happy with my body. My biggest struggle during my weight loss was finding time to prep my meals so I could stay on track.
I would like to know what some of you struggled with in the past or currently struggling with during your weight loss?
I struggle with two things: 1) not ordering all of my fave bad foods and drinks when I'm out being social and 2) not getting obsessed with every pound/rate of weight loss/fluctuations in weight. It's a challenge, every day.
