How exciting to find somewhere for support! SO I have only recently started this journey of weight loss, and boy, have I got far to go! I basically need to half myself. I just didn't see it coming on. Iv been chubby for a while, but this last year it has got ridiculous! I finally got on scales after 2 years and was utterly shell shocked about how bad it had got. You can't run form those numbers! I'm basically kicking it up a notch. I'm doing 15-30 mins dancercise in my living room a day and hitting the gym twice a week as well as calorie counting about basically cutting out the junk!
