Back on track after losing motivation
Hello everyone! My name is Katherine. This is the second time I have started an account here. My first sign up was quite a few years ago. Back when I first entered college, I gained a lot of weight and successfully took all of it off and then some. I was able to maintain my weight for a few years, but after my father took a turn for the worst and eventually passed away I lost motivation, returned to comfort foods, and quickly ended up back where I started--about 60 pounds heavier.
Fast forward a couple more years, and here I am signing up again for the forum that was so helpful to me before. This past year I lost 20 pounds, simply from switching to a much more physically active career than I'm used to. I know if I could just go back to my old eating and exercising habits, I would be all set. Easier said than done, but it's definitely easier when you have back up support!
