Getting a headstart on the new year by getting back on the wagon after a very gluttonous Christmas which ended a ridiculously indulgent year. I lost more or less 50lbs in 2014 and have put every last pound back on.
I swear I must have lost this 50lbs 4-5 times over the years. Pretty much my body weight now. That's a sobering thought.
So I have made a promise to myself that this year will be the last. But I need to learn from what's not worked before. One of those things is trying to do it alone. I have been reading the forum today and just wanted to introduce myself.
Aside from the weighty issue, I am 32 and live in London. Love to read, listen to podcasts. I like to walk.

This is also my year (now and through 2016) and time to get things right and my weight under control.

By the way, London is one of my favorite cities in the world. I like it better than Paris and as much as Rome and Barcelona!
