Hello all!
I'm joining this board to connect with others trying to eat healthier and lose weight.
I decided to get serious about dieting in May of this year when I looked at the scale and saw that I'd hit 242lbs. With the help of a dietitian, we came up with a (much) healthier diet. With that and making sure to log all my food, I've gotten down to 229 and gotten stuck.
The downside is no one else in my house will diet, and actively offer me all sorts of tasty, non-diet friendly food.
I'm looking forward to seeing if this board will be a voice of reason when I'm faced with specially bought cupcakes.
