Rotondo
Hi,
I am starting tomorrow morning, first thing in the morning, to lose weight. My current weight is 226 pounds and I am aiming to weigh 175 pounds before May 1 2016.
Here is my plan:
Breakfast - Yogurt with some fruit and cereal
Lunch - whatever - I never eat too much for lunch
Dinner - A big salad. ( This is where I will be making a big change)
90 minutes of walking every day.
