Hi everyone. I'm here again to lose the same weight I lost before I gained it all back. I'm really determined and did well today, my first day of this diet. I'm watching my calories with no bread or peanut butter.

Yes, you will! If you'll notice, I have two tickers in my signature because I left and came back. When I left, I gained all my weight back and then some! So if I can do this again, I know you can too! The way I see it, we know what to watch out for this time around AND when we reach maintenance, and that works to our advantage!
I did very poorly my first week actually gaining half a pound. So today is November 1st and a new start. I began to use my treadmill yesterday very slowly. I'm disappointed that I didn't do better. I'll look at this past week as getting ready to lose weight and begin yet again. Today is a new day and a new month. I will do this!
