Heya! So I was a member here in 2013 for a while and being part of a community really helped me stay on track. I stopped coming here and was able to maintain my weight for a while... but I started to backslide.
I was able to lose a bunch of weight by myself, but I feel like I'm starting to backslide again. I guess the biggest thing I struggle with is transitioning into maintenance once I get to my goal weight.
So, some goals I have are to meet some cool people, get down to my goal weight, and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
These boards are just as positive and uplifting as I remember them to be and I'm excited to jump in again!
