Newbie starting 5:2/Intermittent diet again.
So lately, I seem to have piled on a few pounds, I've previously done the 5:2/Intermittent fasting diet and it did work for me.
I'm just wondering is there anyone who has done this or is currently doing this that has any tips to help kick start it and continue it?
I've looked at all the benefits and it is the right one for me, I think I just need a bit extra motivation.
