Southern Newbie!
Hey ya'll! I am a mom of two, one heading off to college and one with autism, and wife of one (lol). I am a stay at home mom with domestic challenges. I grew up on tv dinners (back when your choices were pretty much just Banquet). I have lost 35 lbs so far, but seem to be stuck. I have an uber fit bro who's diet recommendations have me wishing I could eat while I sleep so I don't have to suffer through it! Looking for some great ways to eat healthy and lose weight. I'm in my late 40's and it's just not as easy as it use to be! Looking forward to getting to know you all!
