Smile Newbie :)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forum, started my weight loss journey 4 days ago and already feeling so much better in myself. It's great to see so many supportive people on here!

I am from London, and i'm 23 years old. Started putting weight on at university and haven't managed to lose it, but now that's changing

Looking forward to getting to know you all

Thanks Jacqui D! Great to meet you

Hi CheesecakeBrownie, i'm actually finding it very easy to stick to, I am following the Slimming World plan. I'm amazed at how much better I feel already after 4 days of eating well!

i've heard great reviews about slimming world,

I feel MUCH better for eating better and once in a while when I've slipped and overate or ate something not so good - I have felt horrible. Not just "guilt" horrible either, I mean felt really sick and gross physically, like my body was rejecting it.

Glad to hear you are focused - you can do this!
